FAST PASS Terms and Conditions

• All unlimited packages and plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. Your credit/debit card on file will be charged monthly, typically on the enrollment date, but occasionally, it may process a day earlier or later.
• Promotional offers are applicable once per account. Re-enrollment at the promotional rate does not guarantee the lower rate for the entire promotional period and may revert to the standard price upon the next recharge.
• Introductory pricing is locked in for the duration of the specified promotional period, commencing from the date of enrollment. Following your last payment at the special introductory rate, your monthly fee will transition to our standard, publicly advertised price for the plan you have chosen.
• FAST PASS membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until you submit a cancelation request at SlippysCarWash.com/manage. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before your monthly billing date.
• Customer Support hours are Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST– Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm EST. You can reach us at 406-413-9274. Online cancelations and account management is available 24/7 at SlippysCarWash.com/manage.
• No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage.
• Slippy’s Car Wash may terminate plan anytime if the reoccurring charge is declined by the credit card processor. If a reoccurring charge is declined, Slippy’s Car Wash reserves the right to attempt the charge daily for up to 14 days.
• Monthly promotional/introductory rates may increase without individual member notification from Slippy’s Car Wash. However, passive notification of any increases to our regularly advertised plan pricing will be posted at all locations 30 days or more in advance of the price increase taking effect.
• Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only and must remain securely adhered to the interior bottom of the front windshield on the driver’s side.
• Vehicle must meet Slippy’s Car Wash safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied.
• Slippy’s Car Wash reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts at any time for pass abuse, conduct, and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse, conduct, and/or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
• Slippy’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and/or individual unlimited accounts at any time for any reason.
• Slippy’s Car Wash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.
• By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Slippy’s Car Wash to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Slippy’s Car Wash.
• You may opt-in to receive SMS text messages from Slippy’s Car Wash in the following ways: (1) during checkout when purchasing a FAST PASS/Unlimited Wash subscription online; (2) by signing up for text alerts, promotions, and announcements on our website, with no purchase necessary; or (3) in person at our location when enrolling in a monthly subscription. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third parties or affiliate company for marketing purposes
• Cash or Slippy’s Car Wash Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans. Frequent washers who want to pay cash can purchase a 6-month Unlimited pass.
• Program activation is available through Slippy’s Car Wash location(s) or by purchasing online at SlippysCarWash.com/Fast-Pass. *Memberships purchased online begin at the time of purchase and require a pass to be installed on the vehicle prior to use.
• FAST PASS Memberships are not for use on dealership owned vehicles.
• An agreement to the terms and conditions must be signed at the time the account is opened, however, enrollment into the Slippy’s Car Wash FAST PASS is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Slippy’s Car Wash SMS Alerts: Slippy’s Car Wash sends SMS messages to existing customers and subscribers, including reminders for FAST PASS/Unlimited Wash subscribers to use their membership, account and billing notifications, and promotional offers and discounts for retail customers.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at slippy@slippyscarwash.com or 406-413-9274. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
